Work experience you can expect from this position:

  • A variety of customer service related skills, including one-on-one interactions with the public as well as large groups of individuals in many different settings and environments;
  • Producing an end-of-shift report, recording all incidents, reporting hours, and on-site training and evaluations;
  • Detailed understanding and knowledge of arrest procedures, the national use of force model, a variety of forms and other documentation associated with those duties, conflict management, and lawful use of approved physical control techniques (if trained and certified to do so).

For First Aid related positions:

We require the following:

  • A variety of customer service related skills, including one-on-one interactions with the public as well as large groups of individuals in many different settings and environments;
  • Providing first aid to the general public, volunteers, and co-workers in a variety of environments and situations; documenting the physical condition of patients, and coordinating with emergency services as needed.

For Traffic Control related positions:

We require the following:

Work experience you can expect from this position:

  • Safely directing traffic in a variety of circumstances and environments;
  • Rendering assistance to patrons in the forms of giving directions and minor vehicle assistance when necessary;
  • A variety of customer service related skills, including one-on-one interactions with the public as well as large groups of individuals in many different settings and environments.

For Event Support related positions:
