Our security members are certified by the JIBC and hold Advanced Security Licenses; they are also cross-trained as OFA certified first aiders and/or licensed paramedics. Combined with various forms of management of aggressive behavior, tactical communication, the use of Naloxone to combat the effects of Fentanyl, and harm reduction training, our staff are able to quickly, safely, and respectfully resolve incidents.
